Micah says he was developing deeper feelings for Liz I& also spent 5 yrs sleeping around with so many women. Why write him like that and then expect the reader to believe him when he says he's only ever seen Elisa & only ever wanted her alone. Clearly he's lying, because he also wanted all those other women that he slept with, especially Liza who he was with for so long & admitted his feelings for her were growing?

Heidi Lis That's a great question and to answer it I would say he continued to live his life like any other guy his age. He never knew if he'd ever see Elsa again and after he returned from serving in the Air Force, he tried to move on the best he could. That being said, he never fully resolved the feelings he had for her. When they reconnected, he didn't want to deny what he felt. His feelings he still held for her. I hope that helps.
