I served as a corporate chief of staff for 2.5 years at Intellectual Ventures. While I was in the role, I found very few resources for people in this role and its particular applications to business, versus the government/military and medical chief of staff roles. Given my background in creative and technical writing, I decided I was uniquely qualified to research and write a book on the subject.
