Ignore it for a few days. The way my imagination works, I don't run out of ideas for long. If things get really bad, I read articles about the topic I'm focusing on in the story. For example, for "Change for the Better" I watched videos posted by transgender men about their transition progress to give me a sense of what my character might do next.
