Meditation and walking in nature are my two greatest sources of inspiration. Life challenges of my own or other people's also drive me to write. I need a lot of solitude to allow the mental space for ideas to develop. Other authors I admire, or whose ideas resonate with mine, have been an inspiration and increase my motivation.
