Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

David Linzee From real life--my own, to be exact. SPUR OF THE MOMENT is about the glorious make-believe world of opera--and how you get the money to put one on, which in this case is from a medical researcher who has discovered a wonder drug. I learned about the former when I was a volunteer extra--a supernumerary--in an opera, and the latter when I was a public relations man for a medical school.
