Shannon Messenger 1) I don't think my publisher has any plans to brand the books with a specific symbol on them at this point, largely because to do so would require changing the covers, and my covers are far too beautiful to change. But there are symbols associated with the books. KEEPER has the sign of the swan and the Neverseen eye and a new symbol that gets revealed in LODESTAR. And LTSF has the symbol the guardians wear on their uniforms. So I do see readers do various renderings of those symbols, but there's been nothing official.

2) I honestly have no idea (nor do I get any input on that). I always discover the color of the hardcover when my editor sends me the first finished copy, which won't be until late October.
