what are ur stories generally about?

J. Schlenker "Jessica Lost Her Wobble" is about a middle-aged woman who moves to an island to contemplate her life. That is my only published work.
I'm working on two more books, "The Innkeeper on the Edge," a woman moves to France, encounters a ghost, has a past life regression, and meets her future husband, and "The Color of Cold and Ice," about color, Van Gogh, and the cold as seen through two families coming together. And, I have a number of short stories I'm working on. Most of them tend to be comedy.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one that gets butterflies. I've watched weavers before and wow, I have no idea how a person keeps up with all that, it's impressive. Cool thing to do. I've woodworked for many years, but last year my wife and I decided to start stockpiling so we can go to a show or two next year (she does stained glass). The shows I mean are just to sell things. Jurors? I'm not brave (or good) enough!
