The story originated with Sarah, the coma victim, who can't remember her own history. I liked the idea that she was finding out what was going on at the same time as the reader, through overheard conversations. I always knew what i wanted to happen in the end. That was always the plan.

I loved this book! Wow. Those twists and turns! You captured the voices so well and did a fantastic job of making the two narrators distinct. I've read other multi-narrative books where the voices sound a bit similar. I'm wondering if you wrote the book in chronological order, or in sections e.g worked on all of Kelly's section and then Sarah's. Do you have any tips on distinguishing voice? Thanks!
