I am an adoptive parent. The waiting was the hardest part (thank you Tom Petty) and talking and dreaming with my husband about our future child is what kept our heads up. This book came to me in a dream and working on it helped to pass the time until we got "the call".

We are looking at 3-5 feature films based on The Cocoon Trilogy. I took the movie-TV-streaming right back from Fox 4 years ago. A series is also possible, a a musical is being worked on now. Simon & Schuster published a novel of mine a few years ago called Snatched (not the movie) You may enjoy that. Have you read the Cocoon Trilogy? Are you writing now?
