I think Gabriel loved Julia before he realized it. In "Gabriel's Inferno," a still, small voice prompts him to reflect on his feelings for her and he begins to understand that he loves her ...
But he loved her before that.

Hello, Mr. Reynard. This is not a question about the books or writting per se, but I just wanted to tell you that after I finished Gabriel's Inefrno I was listening to music and found Hozier's Work Song strangelly suitable for Gabriel. Do you think Gabriel would find it fitting as well? P.S.: Thank you for all the references to great songs and bands I didn't know anything about :)
