How do you deal with writer’s block?

Heidi Martin When I have writer's block, I take a break and spend time in nature, reflecting and grounding myself. As I breathe deeply and observe the beauty all around me, my thoughts begin to slow, and I can appreciate the wonders of our world. Feeling this connection with nature, I am re-energized and receptive to the creative process. The words begin to flow freely once again, and I find myself unblocked.
