At the end of "Red Rook" it says the next novel in the series will be available in 2015, is book 3 still planned?

Hi Allen,
As a matter of fact, it came out today. Head of the Dragon faced heavy delays, mostly because of a massive change in my work schedule which left me little time for writing. To make up for it, I am already deep into the fourth and final novel and hope to have it out fairly soon. I also wrote a children's book and released it this year, so things are still coming out.
