When is your next book? "Unequal Affections" was so immensely satisfying. I heard the Audio version... Perfect. Now I've finished it and I am very despondent, as I really enjoyed this telling. The language, the grace, just wonderful. Would very much like another of your books, but it seems there is only the one. Have you any recommendations in the mean time? Any favorite retellings?

Hi, thanks for the question! I'm afraid I can't tell you when my next book will be out. I have several things I'm working on, but my personal life is very busy and I can't claim I'm making a great deal of progress. If you would care to read other stories I have written (shorter than a novel), you can find them at my blog, or here is my profile at DWG (www.dwiggie.com), where I have many stories posted. When I have something new completed, this is also the place you are likely to see it first.

Having come to fan fiction through the online world, I do most of my reading there still. Many writers never choose to publish whose work would still be extremely worthy of it. It's hard to pick favorites, but some I would recommend include
Of Time Gone By, by Bekah

A Little More Practice, by Sandy W

I was so impressed with the way you wrote Elizabeth and Mr.Darcy. The love of the story is, after all, why we read fan fiction and I hate to pick up a story and find that my beloved characters have been remodeled to fit within the confines of a story. The reverence and care with which you treated my beloved couple was inspiring to me. My question is, did you have to 'get into character' to write Unequal Affections?
