Macbeth, because then you'll be that much more prepared to fall in love with Sleep No More, the extraordinary immersive adaptation of "the Scottish play" that's running in New York right now. It's the most extraordinary form of storytelling I've experienced in a long time. I've been to see it three times and I'd go a dozen more if I lived nearby!

Just finished Last Bookstore in America. Not sure if you meant to, but you sure gave an eye-opening view into our potential future in the electronic age. How intentional was this? Makes me want to buy a book! I do have a small shelf of books I could never part with, a few of which have my name in them as a consultant or whatever. Thanks for making me think all the while enjoying the gardening aspect of the book :)

I just read Casey Cep's Furious Hours. I felt every readers frustration that Harper Lee wasn't able to turn years of research into a book. After so much investigative work, she had the kernel of a terrific true crime book she was to call The Reverend, but couldn't pull the trigger. Cep notes that writer's block is a symptom, not a condition in itself. Have you ever experienced it? You seem prolific, but ???
