No worries; with the value you give your readers none of that is a big deal. I asked about proofreading because the books you've had proofread aren't any cleaner than your other books. Do they give you an edited copy of your book, or give you suggested corrections? If they do give you a finished version, than you should hire someone else or not bother and save your money.
