Is Asher's school in Welcome to Deadland based on a real school?

Zachary Tyler Linville Asher's school shares some similarities with The University of Central Florida. Both schools are located in Orlando, Florida and have large fountains near the school library. UCF's library also has a coffee shop. However, these are traits shared with several schools which is why I didn't label the school within Welcome to Deadland as UCF.
