If Rue ever has children, how much soul will they have? For that matter, exactly how much soul does Rue herself have? My apologies if the second question was answered in the books. It's been a while.

This is the great and fateful questions. Does she had soul, or does she just steel soul when she steals shape. Or is she steeling excess soul? Can she have a child with a preternatural? What kind of child would that be? How about with a normal human? Or is she barren? Would changing shape cause her to miscarry? Questions, questions.

Where do you get your ideas for the names of your characters? Having followed you faithfully since the first edition of your first book (and having gotten it and book 2 autographed by you at an event you attended) I will readily admit to loving all of the names that you've come up with. My current favourite is Mrs. Barnaclegoose from the 3 Finishing School novels.
