Hi! Unfortunately I don't know at this time. Dreamspinner is looking into it, but Amazon is being Amazon about it. I too have been refreshing, and I'm hoping they'll get it up sooner rather than later. Apparently there's another title similarly effected on Amazon, who seem to have placed our books in a permanent review situation. Their tech department is attempting to fix things. Sorry for the wait!
