Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Habibah Carter For me, I don't feel I make up a story. A character comes to me and wants to be brought to life and their story flows on its own. With the While We're Young series, I have no clue what is going to happen until it ends up on the computer screen. I am currently writing book 3 and had no clue it would take the turns it has already taken. It isn't where I thought the book was going to go at all!
