I commented on the previous question, but just in case, here is the answer again: To use a credit card with Paypal use the Express Checkout, do not log in to Paypal account, then you can use credit card without using Paypal account.

Hi Claire I am Mieke from The Netherlands, Europe. I read I can buy your e books by Romance Unbound but I can pay there only with PayPal Is there an other shop where I can pay with visa cars. Most of your books I can not found in Europe. I read the Epub or PDF Version. Have I told You I Love your books. Do You know an other shop ? I hope Your are fine and thanks a lot Mieke
