Goodreads asked Emily Larkin:

How do you get inspired to write?

Emily Larkin I find that the best time for generating story ideas is when I'm waking up in the mornings. I imagine all sorts of conversations and scenes then!

Goodreads asked Emily Larkin:

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Dame de Piques
Dame de Piques asked Emily Larkin:

I just finished Octavius and the Perfect Governess and cannot wait for the next Pryor book... But will Bunny Newingham get his own story ? (Pleeeaaase... those little girls deserve a mommy, not just a governess, however perfect !)

Trish R.
Trish R. asked Emily Larkin:

There's a few women narrators I like BUT if you get one that simply can't do a male voice it'll be a waste of money because no one will buy the book. Same with the men who can't do well with women but most can deal better with the men giving the women a deep voice than a hero that sounds like a girl. I do have 571 books in my audible library so I know a little about narrators?
