Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Jacquelyn Middleton I followed my heart. I love London, theatre, comic cons, BBC's Sherlock, Doctor Who, and fish-out-of-water stories. I'm always cheering for the outsider—too many years being one, I suppose!—so the ideas for 'London Belongs to Me' in some instances were quite close to home. I've never moved countries like Alex, my main character, but I do understand the desire to let go of the past and start over. I think we all can relate to that want, whether we take the plunge or not.
