Spoiler alert: do not read this question if you have not read the book yet. I am confused about the ending. Who really did the bad deed? The girl or her friend? But what about the missing shoe charm? How could they both have the exact same shoe missing the same charm? Or did they have the same size foot and were wearing each others?
