What makes you think that the Internet is so consuming to us as a people in this modern society? Personally, I feel like we'd just need some nice and hot pizza delivered to our doors! That would be more than adequate to pass the time if web-less, IMO. Thoughts? Thanks in advance, Oblivious Citizen.

The reason why I've come to a startling conclusion that the Internet will be our eventual downfall is the fact that I have two working eyes. I can see it. With the advent of smartphones as well as countless apps designed to distract more than stimulate intelligently, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's all become a habit most can't kick. People wrap their cars around trees, fall off of cliffs, commit suicide. They DIE. Why? All because of the World Wide Web. Don't believe me, that's fine! Look it up and then look around you while out in public. A zombie herd, drones with nothing to offer except their overbearing vanity and/or clueless stupidity. That's where we're at right now. Pokemon Go, anyone? Clearly, it's just going to get worse, but the pressing question is this...
Will you let yourself meld into the machines as expected or will you take back what it means to be a human being again and enjoy life?
