Is Lodestar going to be the last book? About how many words are in each book? How long does it usually take to write one book? Have you heard of Nanowrimo, it is a website where April, July and November (national novel month) you have one month to write a whole book. I hope that's not to many questions, btw I LOVE all your books.

Shannon Messenger Nope, LODESTAR is definitely not the last book. And each book is a different word length. (they keep getting longer as the series grows). It usually takes me 4-6 months to write one (though I wish I could have 8-10 months so I could sleep a little more). And yes, I have heard of NaNoWriMo. Never been able to participate because I'm never starting a fresh book at the time it starts. But I always write about 50k per month when I'm drafting, so it's always NaNo around here. :)
