Just finished Arena and loved it! I can't wait for the next book. What games would you say were the biggest influence on your writing? Also, out of curiosity, Horde or Alliance?

I'm so sorry I missed your question! First of all: thanks for reading and I'm happy you enjoyed Arena.
My writing influences are many. I tend to be an eclectic reader and try to absorb bits and pieces from other authors' styles that would mesh well with my own. Some of the most influential include William Gibson, Simon R Green, Madeline Sheenan, and Damian Angelica Walters. My specific influences on Arena were (not surprisingly) Neuromancer, Tron, Spartacus, and of course modern day eSports.
Lastly: for the Horde.

Hello Holly! Thanks for writing Arena and Gauntlet. I'm watching an eSports tournament on mute (NorCal Regionals 2018, Street Fighter V) as I finish Gauntlet. I would like to ask if you want to write more books about eSports. Maybe a spinoff to Arena? :)
