Great author photo! I hope this is not too personal, but I have to ask you about your sleeve. When did you get your first tattoo, and is there a story behind it?

P.C. Cast Hi Cynthia! That's not too personal at all! I got my first tattoo when I was 49. It was in Ireland outside Dublin. It's on my left thigh, and if you're a HoN fan you'd recognize it. It's the black bull with a goddess image within it (like the flag that flies over Sgiach's castle on the Isle of Skye). I got the tattoo before I'd written the bulls into the series (I'm a Taurus). My sleeve came later over the course of a few years.
