I don't believe in it. Honestly, I've worked writing copy for promotions and websites for many years and I never left a commercial unfinished because I couldn't think of what to say. I think it's something writers sometimes give themselves permission to do... stop writing and feel sorry for ourselves. Write through it. If it's not good, you can rewrite it or throw it out. But write.
