When will the 3rd installment of the Russian trilogy be released and is there a title yet?

Minerva Taylor Dear Olivia, I am hoping that the third book of the Russian Trilogy will be finished by late this fall. The theme involving the Romanov family remains the same, and Roo is again the protagonist. Part of the book takes place in oil rich Baku, Azerbaijan. The city was a hotbed of spies and revolutionaries during the Russian Revolution. The title is 'The Devil's Tears', the name many Azeri's give to oil.
