Hi! So I was reading about book publishing in my Mass Media textbook. and was wondering how you got signed by your publisher? Did you submit manuscripts “over the transom", or through an agent?

Colleen Houck My first foray into book selling was through self-publishing. Later my books were repackaged by an agent and sold. I haven't heard of "over the transom" so I'm going to check that out!
