I think for me this is a question of how do I quiet my daily world, my "to-do" list, all the insistent stuff I should do, and start to listen to my deeper self, the one where the emotions and voices and wishes live. If I can connect to that deeper space, I am inspired, and then it's a matter of waiting for the words to rise up to the surface. They do! if you let yourself be open and ready.
