Bruno Di Giandomenico
Bruno Di Giandomenico asked Jennifer Foehner Wells:

Where did you get the Italian name for the starship in "Fluency". And, more important, how soon the sequel ?

Jennifer Foehner Wells Great question! I love Latin. When naming things, I often consider Latin roots (or sometimes other languages) for inspiration. In this case, I combined the words for hope and refuge to make a new word that described what I wanted the ship's name to mean. I developed a list of possibilities and Speroancora sounded best to me.

There is a sequel planned. I have an outline for it. However, I'm partway into another book called Druid, right now. I'll finish that book first and then start on Confluence, the sequel to Fluency. It should be about 6 months for Druid. Another year for Confluence.
