Hi Nicole, I saw on inside flap of Burdney that you cover design was via Fotolia. Did you use composite images or just a single images? How did you add the title, author name and so on? I was looking into using Fotolia for a book cover and I was just wondering if you had any advice on the best way to use it.

Hi Allison! I'm so sorry I'm just answering this! For some reason I've only now been able to see them on Goodreads... :-/
I bought the image rights on Fotolia, and then added the title, etc. on PicMonkey.com (mostly because they let you save images with a high resolution).
