Goodreads asked Theresa Reed:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Theresa Reed For one, discipline. I am a very disciplined writer, which means I have time blocked out every single day to write. As soon as I sit down at the computer, I just get to work. I also map out what I want to write about weeks in advance, which allows me to look at my editorial calendar and get to the task at hand.

The other thing: I seek inspiration everywhere. Music, a walk outside, travel, good conversations, even the news - you can find inspiration wherever you look. You just have to look.
