I was thinking about the similarities between the election and a reality show. You have cameras following the contestants, judges/pundits arguing about who said or did what, all you're missing is an easy way for people to vote right from their couches. I started thinking about what it would be like if you modeled the election on a reality show—each week, a contestant gets voted off until there's only one left. Meanwhile, you have the affable host, the contestants arguing and lying and cheating—I mean, they are politicians—and the voters hashing it all out on social media.
