I'm new to the m/m genre, and Life Lessons is my favorite series. I noticed you've got a couple of character-inspired pics with your blog posts, but I didn't see one for Tony and Mac. Is that posted somewhere and I didn't see it? I don't want to waste your time, I was just curious what you pictured them looking like, because to me, the book covers just didn't do it. Thank you! I very rarely have a visual for my guys when I write, and in fact when Mac and Tony were written, my computer of the time wasn't even connected to the Internet. To me Tony is the guy on the covers. He really fits the Tony in my head. Mac... I don't have an image for.
Nelson was unusual because the picture inspired the story. And once I had him, I decided to go find Caleb for him. But unless I'm working from a picture prompt, my stories come to me much more as words than as visuals. I'm always entertained when readers put their idea of my guys into their reviews. I've seen some very nice men posted that way.
The only other men I did really pick out to fit my image were Aaron and Zach, on the cover of Unexpected Demands.

Hi Kaje, Love the pics for September's writing prompt. Thing is, I never saw the post for the entries before they were decided. Wondering if there is a setting that I'm missing or something, or if the images are being posted elsewhere? I did receive the results, however, so I am still getting those. Just wondering, as I so enjoy writing these short stories. Brooklyn Graham

Hi Kaje, Have you ever had to deal with a problematic follower? My daughter started writing LGBTQ+ stories online about 4 years ago and has acquired a very problematic follower. Started out as “I love you” and has turned into them calling her every bad thing under the sun. Do you just block and report? How do you deal with it emotionally? I’ve never had to deal with this, so I’m not sure what to tell her.
