If it's not rude to ask, where did you study Old Icelandic?

Amy Rae Durreson Oddly enough, it was an optional paper as part of my English degree at Oxford. I also did papers on Anglo-Saxon Archaeology and late medieval romance, because consistency is boring. Admittedly, I was terrible at Old Icelandic--it's the only one of my languages which utterly defeated me, but I'm still glad I had the chance to try.
