Hi SR , I loved all your books I have them all except The Prince but I will get it. My question is how did you come up with your stories?
Sylvain Reynard
Hello Glynis,
Thanks very much.
For The Gabriel Series and The Florentine Series, the narratives entered my imagination fully formed. I knew exactly how they would begin and end and what the characters would be like.
I'm not sure how to explain this. Inspiration? The Muses? The way my brain works? It's a good question and one I've wondered about over the years. I guess I choose to treat my imagination as a gift and although I'm not sure how it works I'm very grateful for it.
And I'm very grateful to you and other readers for taking the time to read my imaginings ...
All the best and thank you for reading, SR

Hello, Sir! Well, my curiosity now is... Since Aoibhe is such a rare beautiful name, would you by any chance find a fan with an unique name and use it for one of your characters in the future? Thank you for all your kindness :) And I so love the meaning of the name Aoibhe <3

SR, GOE does a great job in working Steps 1-11 throughout much of the book, however, I am looking at Step 12: Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to other alcoholics and practice these principles in all of our affairs. Is Gabriel able to work the 12th step? He needs to in order to maintain his sobriety. What do you think? Thanks very much, Marilyn

Hi SR, My question is about the music selections in your books. Do you chose them beforehand and write with that particular song in mind or do you look for a song that fits the theme of what you are writing at that time? I absolutely love your song choices! They are incredibly beautiful and incredibly perfect! Also, thank you for introducing me to artists and songs I was previously unaware of!
