Joshua Patrick Smith Get a good team together. I have a content editor, copy editor, and cover artist, and format designer. For indie author's, that's expensive, but it's our goal to produce the highest quality product we can. Listen to them.

Also, make a business plan. Set goals. If you don't met those goals, adjust them and try again.
