Hi Jack! It did indeed die. I think it's a good idea, but when I had to choose my priorities it fell aside. Having said that I still believe that breaking away from the clutches of any single retailer is in our best interest. I'm working on a new service with a friend of mine that allows authors to get more control over their marketing efforts and expand their focus beyond the Amazon/eBook ecosystem. Check out theauthorhelper.com where we'll be announcing the new product soon. It will help all of us leverage online retailers better AND use our own site store to drive sales.
