It seems it became formalized in 1945, but i have no doubt it had its millennial march. We might see the world in division but is it really...? Are these not just the scripted heads of Medusa to create fear/control, so consumption & demand can be directed, then taxed. Did anyone ever write incisive work on the control & benevolent enslavement of contemporary humans? A government's or gov. of government eye view.
