Dear Jennifer Donnelly, Of all the books I've ever read since I was a kid I must admit 'Deep Blue' was the first book that truly caught my interest and undulating attention. I loved reading every page. I got a very simple question here to ask from your book what is Sargasa tea and how is it made like to know the recipe?

Jennifer Donnelly Well, you start with sargassum (aged is very nice, though more expensive), put it in a conch or nautilus kettle on a lava stove, heat it, and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy it with some fresh sea sponge cake!
