Some days are harder than others - like today! Sometimes what I might do is draft an action scene, something that's in the wrong place in the plot, but a battle or a chase or a fight gets the creative juices flowing and helps me begin the writing process for the day. Then I'll get back to the plot I'm supposed to be writing and carry on. As for the scene, I copy it into a separate document full of random scenes for use later on. It might be used, it might be discarded, but it's served its purpose in getting me going.

Hi Anna. Do you have any update(s) on Songs of the Drowned second book? I thought I saw a Q/A here and went to look and could not find it. If asked and answered recently, apologies. I tried to look before asking. If I recall, the answer was that you really wanted to continue the series but perhaps it was up in the air? Just wanted to double check. Thanks!
