That would be Misty Knight and Danny Ran, theIron Fist, from Marvel Comics. Danny, for all his super powers and martial arts abilities, is pretty unsure of himself. Misty, however, has a lot of confidence. And they balance each other really well in that way. Danny is more thoughtful, soulful, and emotional. Misty is a rock. This is a good flip on the traditional male/female roles too. The strong male figure has a soft heart. The beautiful woman is resolute.
