On screen I would have to say either the Addams, or the Munsters. Both had beautiful loving relationships even though they were not considered normal. While a lot of "normal" couples are shown as cheating, or always fighting.
On paper...that is a bit tougher. Even though I love a little bit of every couple I read about, I would have to choose either Sophia Rose and Marc Blackwell from the Devoted series by Suzy K. Quinn or Sookie Stackhouse and Eric Northman From the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris. Both couples go through hell and back but somehow manage to get together. They are also the least likely couples you would think would end up together. Granted Sookie and Eric don't stay together, but I think that was in part because she wouldn't let him change her.
