My favorite fictional couple is Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. They make a great team, with each one bringing out the best in the other. Who would Sherlock be without Dr. Watson to ground him? Without Sherlock, Dr. Watson would just be a regular physician leading an ordinary and boring life.
