What a great question. Might be David Copperfield and Dora. A lot of readers find Dora cloying in her childlike love for David. But his devotion to her as she grows weaker and weaker and his depth of grief for her after she's gone make them one of the great couples of all time. Who is your favorite?

Hi Will. I have just recently read your book, and wish I had discovered it earlier. My daughter, who, like me, was an avid reader, was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 and died in 2015, aged 33. If I had read your book it would have helped some of our conversations...I did try to take the route of 'would you like to talk about how you feel?' Your book has a strong, relevant message about dying.
