I wasn't too sure of them in the first series, but I really got behind Percy and Annabeth in House of Hades. The way Rick Riordan wrote Percy and Annabeth really cemented their relationship for me. Their personalities compliment one another and I feel they honestly love each other. Their relationship was the best thing from the Heroes of Olympus series.
