Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Sherry Allred I haven't ever thought about this before...I am not sure whether this is my most favorite, but I love Ma and Pa Kettle. She's no nonsense and he knows who really runs "this machine". Ma gladly fulfills her responsibilities as a wife, a mother of a zillion kids, and a significant woman in the community no matter how she dresses. She isn't afraid to speak her mind or put people in their place. Pa is patient, and respects and loves his lady. He always tells her she is beautiful and appreciates the hard working woman she is. He does what he is asked to do, and humbly steps up to the task even if he doesn't know how to do it (which is often the case). They are adorable and hick-ishly romantic.
