Are you saving them time, money, resources? Why did you start your journey to begin with? Did you want to change the world or get from point ”A” to point “B”? Why did you keep going even when it was difficult? Was there a light at the end of the tunnel, a reward at the end? Why should they hang in there? All of these things will work magically if implemented correctly and consistently.”
